Indianapolis, September 16–19, 2025 – VBO Tickets was proud to participate in the Midwest Arts Xpo (MAX), serving as a Silver Sponsor and hosting a Morning Mixer session for attendees. The expo brought together performing arts leaders, presenters, and service providers from across the Midwest and beyond.

Our presence at MAX reinforced VBO Tickets’ commitment to supporting performing arts organizations, festivals, museums, and touring companies with a full suite of ticketing and event management solutions. By engaging directly with industry professionals, our team was able to showcase features like assigned seating, timed ticketing, white-label embedment, and PowerQue, POS all designed to give promoters more control over their patron experience.

Throughout the week in Indianapolis, the VBO team connected with dozens of presenters, agents, and arts leaders eager to learn about the latest in ticketing technology. The expo floor was alive with energy as attendees explored solutions for growing audiences, streamlining operations, and enhancing the patron experience.

Courtney Files reflected on those conversations, sharing:
